conjunction with your architect or designer to build a working model of your
project on paper. We will supply schematics on all process, flows of the
brewery, mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements. Once this package is
complete, you will have all the necessary materials to receive firm bids from
all outside contractors and suppliers. Our customers that have used this
engagement have found it invaluable when costingout a project. Of course most
of this information is available once you purchase your equipment from us.

water brew and brewing the first batches with your brewer. This works well and
is included if you have contracted us for training.
Brewers' Training
In conjunction with commissioning, one of our master brewers can stay on
site and train your prospective brewer on your system. The amount of time
needed is a function of your brewer's experience. We can also arrange to have
your brewer work at one of our customers sites. This is in high demand and so
booking well in advance is a must. Our master brewers are also available for
